PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable observation in accordance with user's convenience without restriction of a weather, a place or a time zone, relative to astronomical observation or earth observation.;SOLUTION: By utilizing an astronomical telescope or the like installed on the international space station 'HOPE', position information of a celestial body, the earth and a flying satellite based on the installation place is predicted by using a program of 'satellite observation navigator' developed and operated already, and a system capable of setting an observation object and the observation date and time in accordance with an observation purpose of the user is organized, and an education program for observation practice education using the system is prepared.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
