(57) Abstract Adjusting to the data rate of the data signal to receive clock pulse frequency, in case of the frequency method of detection due to main invention in order it follows to adjust, it compares the clock pulse which dividing is done beforehand with 4 dividing it does the data signal to receive respectively with equal dividing coefficient, it calculates the frequency of the both signal which dividing is done with calculation process and the subtracter (10) of making use, after that, it converts difference of the frequency which was required to the analog output signal for clock frequency adjustment. It is possible to use this manner for data transmission.
