PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device preparing presentation materials automatically from original materials for presentation. SOLUTION: The sentence structures of the original materials for presentation such as article, project book, and report are analyzed, and a solid writing part and chart are extracted. Furthermore, a morpheme analysis and a syntax analysis are performed in the solid writing part to extract an important sentence. As for the extracted important sentence, a deletion possible region is determined by construction analysis, and the section is deleted to prepare a simple sentence. Moreover, the expression of sentence end is converted into the expression set by a user such as a simple style at this time. The prepared simple sentence and the sampled chart are applied to a template selected by the user in advance to prepare the presentation materials.
