PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction cost by facilitating roofing and arrangement on the periphery of a roof plane without causing the increase of material cost and design mismatching to the roof plane. SOLUTION: A conversion area 4 in which a plurality of conversion panels 3 integrated with construction materials, featuring the functions of solar energy conversion and of roof tiles, are arranged in parallel and a normally roofing area 6 having no function of solar energy conversion where a plurality of normal roof panels 5 capable of cutting at a site are arranged in parallel are separately roofed on a roof plane so that the latter area 6 is located on the periphery of the roof panel 1.
