The 1st instrument (14), in order the part of that extending to come out in outside the body, it inserts in internal of the patient. The 2nd instrument (16) the 2nd component (12) it locks, the 2nd component (12) inserts in internal of the patient. The 2nd instrument (16), in order the part of that extending to come out in outside the body, it inserts in internal of the patient. In order the 1st component (22) and the 2nd component (12) to be arranged in specified position vis-a-vis each other, the 3rd instrument (18) advancing, the 1st instrument (14) and the 2nd instrument (16) it makes contact. It discloses also the instrument assembly body in order to transplant the assembly body for the orthopedics dermally.
