PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical therapy support device suitable for a musical therapy by using a hand bell. SOLUTION: This musical therapy support device is provided with a user interface for accepting designated input of a musical piece, a music output means for acoustically outputting music by processing music forming data on the designated musical piece, a song word depicting means for displaying a song word image synchronized with the music on a display by processing song word depicting data on the designated musical piece and a color specifying means for making a color correspond to song word characters by specifying a pitch of a corresponding accompaniment sound and the color made to correspond to the pitch by a pitch-color corresponding table with every one song word character, and the song word depicting means properly colors respective characters of the plural song word characters by the color specified by the color specifying means, and forms the song word image by adding proper decorative expression for indicating a position in a song word character row according to progress of the music in acoustic output.
