PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new waterproof-covered structural material for vegetation, excellent in chemical resistance against fertilizers agrochemicals, etc., in soil-discharged water, endurance to a weight or an impact and further root resistance against the roots of plants, and exhibiting an extremely small fear of water leak as compared with that of the conventional structural material, and a method for installing the same.;SOLUTION: This waterproof-covered structural material for vegetation is characterized by having a constitution from its top, of (A) a soil layer, (B) a layer having a preventing function for the flowing out of soil particles and water-discharging function, (C) a cured resin layer obtained by curing a thermosetting resin composition containing a thermosetting resin of which cured material is in conformity with the UP-CM, UP-CE or UP-CEE by an alkali resistance test prescribed by JIS-K-6919 (1992) 5. 2. 8, (D) a waterproof layer obtained by curing a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin composition, (E) a primer layer and (F) a base substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
