PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for effective learning of knowledge on sign language. ;SOLUTION: This apparatus states the information relating to the sign language at three levels of sign language words, sign language text and sign language sentences (conversation text) (111, 112, 113) and executes the display of the information on the sign language words, the sign language text and the sign language sentences by using the technique of sign language animation. The display of the information on the sign language is executed in three ways of the sign language words, the sign language text and the sign language sentences in accordance with the statements described above.
