The rodokotsukasu being attached bacterium which shows resources metaplasia vis-a-vis benzene. This bacterium shows also tolerance vis-a-vis benzene. For example, rodokotsukasu esupi B-4 stocks (deposition number FERM BP-8281), rodokotsukasu opakasu B-9 stocks (deposition number FERM BP-8282) or rodokotsukasu opakasu B-10 stocks (deposition number FERM BP-8283). It possesses the base arrangement which is shown with arrangement number 1, or it is shown in the restriction enzyme cleavage map which shows in Figure 3.
