PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a presenter to accurately grasp the state of attendants and give presentation while grasping the state by automatically acquiring information showing whether or not explanation is too fast or slow and interesting information without letting the attendants notice. SOLUTION: On a server 10, an attendant state data base 10a for storing attendnat's states is installed and operation information that the respective attendants give is stored in the data base 10a as information on interest and fast/slow speed information from computers 11 to 14 of the attendants and provided for the presenter when necessary. On each attenant's terminal, conference material reference application and display application 15 for information acquired from the server are stored.
