Method and apparatus for training employees and managers to improve interpersonal relationships

A method for training employees and other personnel to aid the improvement of interpersonal relationships is herein described. The inventive method utilizes the compilation and interrelation of allegories with audience questions and comments to direct the audience down the path of better understanding and appreciation for interpersonal relationships.
