In the present invention, there are disclosed novel nitrogenous heterocyclic derivatives based on Ne6-substituted adenine, which exhibit antineoplastic, mitotic, immunosuppressive and antisense activity for vegetable, animal as well as human cells and processes for preparing these derivatives. Disclosed are also pharmaceutical preparations, cosmetic compositions and growth regulators in which these derivatives are comprised as active substances as well as use of these derivatives for the preparation of medicaments, further in biotechnologies, in cosmetic industry and agriculture.
