The invention refers to medicine, namely to the pediatric gastroenterology.Summary of the invention consists in that to children in the state of clinical remission there is concomitantly determined the glutathione and pyruvic acid level in the saliva and, where the glutathione level is below 62,5 µM/L and the pyruvic acid level exceeds 1,45 µM/L, then it is prognosticated the unfavorable development of diseases of the gastroduodenal zone.
