The concept is for the uniform, creative but principally efficient and cost-saving manner of expression of information and advertising in a large group of objects, such as the rear side of traffic information panels (1). A frame and a window (6) are involved, the window being filled with a number of individual panels (7) of identical dimensions on which the information/advertising matter are reproduced. The panels can be turned synchronously in relation to each other at any desired angle. This enables the information/advertising matter to be exclusively readable by passing traffic.
