METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY OF COMMON BILE DUCT

The method for reconstructive surgery of the common bile duct provides for placing the graft between the proximal part of the duct and the duodenum (jejunum) and applying anastomoses. The graft is cut from the autologous large saphenous vein and turned antegradely. The terminal part of the graft is deepened to the interintestinal space between the serous membranes of the dublicature of the generated transverse fold. The same dublicature is used for generating the frenuli on both sides of the joint ostium.
