TECHNIQUE FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ACUTE GENERALIZED PERITONITIS

The technique for the surgical treatment of the acute generalized peritonitis comprises the generation of the closed laparostoma. Prior to sewing up the wound, the tissues are treated with hyperosmolar (2 %) NaCl solution, hypoosmolar antiseptic solution of chlorohexidine, antibacterial application sorbents. The wound is treated by ultraviolet. Then the wound is sewed up by the monofilament non-water-absorbing thread, which is passed through all the layers except for peritoneum. The rubber drainages are inserted into the subcutaneous fat. Throughout the programmed sanitization of the peritoneal cavity performed in 24-48 hours, the threads are not removed, and the treatment with ultraviolet and 3 % iodine solution is performed for preventing the infection in the needle passages.
