The dam part (5) inside the feed device casing (1) comprises a fixed part (6) with an upper flat horizontal surface extending towards the fuel store exit opening (4). A rotary part (7) located between the fuel store exit opening and fixed part can be rotated about a vertical axis, and it is provided with sections that have radii gradually increasing backwards in the rotation direction, in order to carry away fuel from the fuel store exit opening. The device supplies granular or finely-distributed biofuel and comprises a tubular casing with a top end in communication from a fuel store exit opening and with a bottom end in communication with a boiler oven via a downpipe. A dam part inside the casing forms a barrier in the fuel store exit opening region and thanks to a rotary effect it spreads out and distributes fuel away from this opening.
