The brush has a button (2) fixed in middle part (3) of a handle (1). A mouth part (4) of the handle is connected to a disposable head (6). A rigid wall recess (7) is formed on the head. A drive mechanism includes an end (8) in contact with the recess. A base of the mechanism is provided with threaded walls. A cleaning element is formed on an external semi-elliptical body and connected with the head. A corrugated paper material is provided on outer surface of the head. Bottom part of the paper material is formed with a protuberance part that is supported by the end of the mechanism.
