A secure mailer/receipt businessform comprising a top (10) andbottom (11) ply and at least one intermediateply (13) constituting a separablereceipt (11) part which receiptpart is associated with image transfermaterial (15) for imparting informationonto the bottom ply (11), the rearface of the top ply (10) including acoated adhesive material (14) coveringat least part of the surface, adhesivebeing coated with a releasablenon-adhesive backing materialsconnected to the separable receipt partsuch that withdrawal of the separablereceipt part will release said backingmaterial to expose the adhesive layerto adhere the top ply (10) to the topface of the bottom ply (11) therebysealing the top and bottom plies (10,11) together after removal of thereceipt part to restrict tampering withthe remaining business form withoutdamage to the form.
