PURPOSE: A power supply device comprising a failed power off circuit by including a standby mode is provided to detect a standby mode of a connected apparatus, and to cut off power supplied to the apparatus if the standby mode exceeds a preset time, by detecting a deficient voltage including the standby mode, thereby saving consumptive energies. CONSTITUTION: An electric connector(2) connects at least more than one electric load to electric supply lines(100,200) for supplying ACs. A cut-off switch(3) turns on/off power supplied to the electric supply lines(100,200). A switch driver(5) drives the cut-off switch(3). A voltage transformer(4) detects power consumed in an electric apparatus. A standby mode judge(7) judges that an output voltage of the transformer(4) is in standby mode. A time setup unit(6) drives the switch driver(5) when the standby mode is judged and a preset time elapses. A DC power supplier(1) converts AC voltages into DC voltages, and supplies the DC voltages to the driver(5), the judge(7), and the time setup unit(6).
