PURPOSE: To adequately control the temperature of cold and hot water of a water purifier by continuously producing discomfort index according to interior temperature and moisture and then comparing it with a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a temperature sensor (11) detecting interior temperature, a moisture sensor (12) detecting interior moisture, a first and a second numerical value converter (13,14) converting the detected interior temperature and interior moisture into numerical value, a processor (15) converting the input temperature and moisture value into discomfort index, a control part (16) making an order to cool purified water when the output discomfort index is not less than a predetermined value and a refrigerator (17) cooling the purified water according to the order of the control part.
