PURPOSE: To improve productivity and prevent safety accident by preventing damage of launder due to fusion and excluding molten steel removing operation by an oxygen injection device, thereby enabling continuous casting operation to be done. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a fixed bar (110) fixed to a closed end part of launder; a supporting member comprising stationing stands (121) for supporting the fixed bar; an inclined plate (130) on which a guiding groove (131) is formed to guide movement of the supporting member with the guiding groove being inserted onto a lower part of the supporting member; a pair of rollers (140) installed at both sides of the supporting member and lifted and lowered along the inclined plate; and a cylinder (150) connected to the lower part of the supporting member to reciprocate the supporting member to a certain section, wherein the fixed bar is a "U" character shaped bending bar vertically projected from the closed end part of the launder, wherein the supporting member comprises a pair of stationing stands for supporting the fixed bar; a connection bar (123) an upper part of which is connected to a connection pin (122) for connecting the stationing stands, and a lower part of which is connected to the cylinder by passing through the guiding groove of the inclined plate; and a horizontal bar (124) which is fixed to the center of the connection bar, and to both sides of which rollers (140) are connected, and wherein the cylinder comprises a connection member (151) which is installed at an end part of rod of the cylinder, and on an upper part of which a guiding groove (151a) is formed so that the connection member is moved up and down with the lower part of the supporting member being inserted into the guiding groove.
