摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a novel butadiene-based nanocomposite material, which has improved mechanical strength including tensile strength, elasticity and elongation strength as well as excellent weather resistance. CONSTITUTION: The nanocomposite material is obtained by mixing 1-30 wt% of an inorganic layered compound demineralized with a vinyl group-containing ammonium compound represented by the following formula 1 and 70-99 wt% of butadiene rubber, and then vulcanizing the mixture. In formula 1, R1 is a C1-C20 alkyl, benzene or cycloalkyl; R2, R3 and R4 are the same or different and each represents a C1-C20 alkyl, cycloalkyl or phenyl; and X is a halogen atom.
