PURPOSE: A reactor for heat exchange reactions and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat efficiency of the reactor, to embody the minimization of an apparatus using the same, while making the structure of the reactor simple, and reducing the number of processes. CONSTITUTION: The reactor(6) comprises (a) a pair of flow channels(4a,4b) in which fluid is chemically reacted in the flow channels, wherein the pair of flow channels are placed close to each other and extended in parallel, on a substrate(15), and (b) a heat exchanger(8) which conducts heat exchange between the flow channels. The manufacturing method of the reactor comprises preparing flow channels and the heat exchanger on each separate substrate(7,15) and jointing the two substrates later.
