PURPOSE: A home network system is provided to apply an LnCP(Living network Control Protocol) in order to offer a function for the control and monitoring of home appliances. CONSTITUTION: In case that an application layer receives data from a network layer or an application software(S61), the application layer judges whether a communication cycle which has not been completed exist(S62). If the data receiving function of the application layer is set as reception-possible, the application layer judges that all the communication cycles have been completed. In this case, the application layer processes the received data according to a regular procedure(S63). However, if the data receiving function is set as reception-impossible, the application layer judges that a communication cycle which has not been completed exists. In this case, the application layer ignores and abandons the received data(S64).
