METHOD FOR CONNECTING A PURCHASER TO OPTIMUM SELLER OR AGENCY BY USING BI-DIRECTIONAL TEXT MESSAGE IN REAL TIME AND BILLING METHOD THEREOF, PARTICULARLY FOR PROVIDING A PURCHASER WITH A CHANCE FOR NEGOTIATING VARIOUS SELL CONDITIONS AND ALLOWING A SELLER(OR AGENCY) TO OBTAIN REAL TIME PURCHASE INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A method for connecting a purchaser to an optimum seller or agency by using a bi-directional text message and its billing method are provided to allow a purchaser to proceed with transactions in an advantageous position by easily contacting with several sellers. CONSTITUTION: When a purchaser(10) wants to purchase goods, he/she is connected with a wired/wireless Internet site(20) and inputs desired terms for transactions and a phone number to be reached. The Internet site(20) transmits the received purchaser information to a database(30), extracts all of sellers(or agencies) fitting the purchaser information and selects several optimum sellers(or agencies). Information usage fee is calculated by an information usage fee DB of the database(30). The database(30) transmits the purchaser information, the information on the selected optimum sellers and data of the calculated information usage fee to a mobile system(40). The mobile system(40) sends a bi-directional text message to mobile terminals(50) of the sellers(70) to ask whether they require the corresponding purchaser information. If the sellers(70) want to view the corresponding purchaser information, they can press a callback URL connection button included in the received bi-directional text message and pays the calculated information usage fee according to an announcement of a mobile communication provider information usage fee billing system(60). The mobile communication provider information usage fee billing system(60) confirms the mobile system(40) about the payment. The mobile system(40) transmits the purchaser information to the mobile terminals(40) of the sellers(70). The sellers(70) can make call communication with the purchaser immediately and the both sides can negotiate terms for transactions.
