PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for sorting foreign substances and crushing garbage which is able to filter the foreign substance contained in the garbage without a separate sorting process and crush only the garbage. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a shaft (141) where a rotary wing is attached, a perforated net (130) that has a same center as the shaft and rotates in a same direction as the shaft, an outer case (120) that includes a garbage inlet (160), an outlet (170) discharging sorted and crushed garbage and a foreign substance outlet (180) and covers the shaft and perforated net, and an operation device (150) that rotates the shaft and the perforated net.
