LIGHT EMITTING TEXT/NUMERIC DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING 7-SEGMENT NUMERIC DISPLAY PORTION INSTEAD OF SEPARATE NUMERIC KEYPAD

PURPOSE: A light emitting text/numeric display apparatus is provided to display numerics without using a separate numeric keypad. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting text/numeric display apparatus includes a 7-segment numeric display portion(20). The 7-segment numeric display portion is turned on and off by a power and displays a text and a numeric. The 7-segment numeric display portion includes a switch(30), a lamp housing(201), and first through seventh displays(21,22,23,25,26,27). The switch includes a node protrusion(31) coupled with an external power source on a base(10). The lamp housing embeds a light emitting lamp turned on and off by the switch. A support member(203) rotatably supports upper and lower portions of the lamp housing. The first through seventh displays are combined to form the light emitting text/numeric display apparatus.
