COUNTER FLOW COOLING TOWER REDUCING NOISE IN DROPPING COOLING WATER THROUGH AIR SUCTION PART ON COOLING WATER STORAGE TANK AFTER COOLING COOLANT THROUGH FILLER

PURPOSE: A counter flow cooling tower for reducing noise is provided to prevent noise by collecting coolant in the coolant pans after cooling coolant through the filler in exchanging high temperature fine coolant with external air. CONSTITUTION: A counter flow cooling tower(100) is composed of a spray pipe(2) injecting down by cooling high temperature refrigerant and flowing high temperature coolant(16), a filler(3) installed in the lower part of the spray pipe to cool coolant in exchanging coolant with air(17), an air suction part(4) passing air from louvers(14) to the filler, and a coolant storage tank(5) collecting coolant from the filler. Coolant pans(6) are installed near the lower part of the filler to collect and flow coolant from the lower part of the filler to the coolant storage tank.
