摘要

PURPOSE: A process is provided to produce cement mortar by using a silicone solid waste. The produced cement mortar has an improved compressive strength, increases an initial curing-velocity, prevents environmental pollution, and is economical. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the cement mortar comprises the steps of: dry-mixing a cement, a standard sand, and 1-2wt%(based on the cement) of a pretreated silicone solid waste; injecting water into the mixture and mixing, wherein the silicone solid waste is pretreated by mixing with 20-40wt% of a basic water solution having a concentration of 0.5-3.0N and keeping pH 6-7.
