PURPOSE: A method for designing a structure for the FA and sector pooling of a micro-BTS(Base station Transceiver Subsystem) is provided to execute path setup more smoothly and to achieve the interfacing between channel cards and IF(Intermediate Frequency) boards more efficiently by configuring a digital combiner and switching logic, installed in each channel card and IF board, at the inside of a main board. CONSTITUTION: A structure for the FA and sector pooling of a micro-BTS is composed of channel cards(100), IF boards(200), a digital combiner(310), an Rx path switching logic(320), a BTS control board(300), and a main board(400). A backplane, the BTS control board(300), the digital combiner(310), and the Rx path switching logic(320) is integrated in the main board(400). The other boards, such as an interface board with a base station controller, clock receiving/supplying boards, channel cards, IF boards, etc., are configured in an existing card type.
