PURPOSE: To provide a device for emergently sealing tap hole more effectively by fixing the sealed tap hole while preventing damage of nozzle by solidifying molten iron that is already discharged using powder refractory material. CONSTITUTION: A device for emergently sealing tap hole using powder refractory material comprises a storage tank(110) fixed to an upper portion of a tap hole opener(100) to store and discharge a powder refractory material; a moving bar(140) connected to a tapping socket(150) of the tap hole opener and moved forward and backward along guide rails(170); a boss(130) fixed to a partial length of the moving bar in a way that the boss is communicated with the moving bar; a powder refractory material supply hose(120) for connecting the boss and the storage tank; a connection socket connected to a front portion of the moving bar by screw; and an emergency sealer(200) which is separately fixed to the connection socket, and on which a plurality of injection holes are formed.
