PURPOSE: An isotope electric cell is provided to obtain the high electromotive efficiency and the semi-permanent life cycle by using a scintillation element and a radioactive isotope. CONSTITUTION: A radioactive isotope layer(1) is formed by a predetermined radioactive isotope radiating α-, β-, and γ-ray. A scintillation crystal layer(2) is formed by a predetermined scintillation crystal transforming the α-, β-, and γ-ray into visible ray. A visible photon(5) is transformed into the electric current by a photoelectric element layer(3). The transformed electric current is drawn out by a cable.
