PURPOSE: An EMI(electromagnetic interference) shielding device is provided to prevent an operating error caused due to EMI, by absorbing and shielding EMI generated during operation of a set-top box through the use of a shielding case and a conductor layer of an upper cover for forming a predetermined shielding space. CONSTITUTION: An EMI shielding device comprises a lower casing(10), a shielding case(20), and an upper cover(30). The shielding case is fixed at the lower case in such a manner that the shielding case surrounds components including a hard disk drive and a tuner. The shielding case has a bottom surface(22) and side surfaces(23) extended upward from four edges of the bottom surface. The upper cover is coupled to the lower casing, and has an inner surface with a conductor layer(35). The conductor layer contacts the tops of the side surfaces of the shielding case so as to form a predetermined shielding space when the upper cover is coupled to the lower casing.
