METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SEPARATOR OF A VEHICLE BY ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING OF AN UPPER PLATE AND A LOWER PLATE BEFORE WELDING UPPER AND LOWER PLATES

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a separator for a vehicle is provided to increase productivity, to decrease failure rate, and to cut down manufacturing cost by assembling parts with welding after electroless nickel plating and brazing plated surface. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate and a lower plate of a separator for a vehicle are processed by a press(S200), and electroless nickel plating of the upper plate and the lower plate of the separator is performed(S210). After electroless nickel plating, the surface-treated upper plate is partially combined with a coated lower plate of the separator by spot-welding at the temperature of 900 deg.C(S220). The upper plate and the lower plate of the separator are entirely bonded and welded by welding with silver(S230), and the separator of the vehicle is manufactured(S240).
