SMALL DEVICE SEPARATING APPARATUS OF VERTICAL HANDLER, PARTICULARLY CONCERNED WITH FORCIBLY SEPARATING ONE SMALL DEVICE LOCATED ON BOTTOM FROM ANOTHER SMALL DEVICE

PURPOSE: A small device separating device of a vertical handler is provided to forcibly separate one small device positioned on a bottom stage from another small device where is located on the small device located on the bottom, thereby sequentially transferring the devices while separating them although they are jammed on a transfer track. CONSTITUTION: A couple of left and right panels(22,21) are fixed on a frame. An upper plate(23) is fixed at an upper part of the left and right panels. A cylinder(24) is used for elevating an elevation block(25). A first pusher(26) and a second pusher are installed at the elevation block by a spring. A third pusher(29) is installed at an upper side of the first and second pushers. An arm(31) is rotated by the first and second pushers. A first indexing link(33) and a second indexing link are installed at a spacer part formed at the left and right panels. A slider(38) is inserted into a guide bar fixed to the right panel. A couple of first fingers(40) are used for holding a first device or releasing a holding state. A couple of second fingers(45) are used for holding a second device or releasing a holding state. A torsion spring is used for bending the first and second fingers into the inside. A latching block(43) is used for transferring the slider. A latch(44) is used for maintaining a latching state of the first device or releasing the latching state.
