PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus that not only controls region of strip onto which oil is sprayed according to width of strip, but also blocks supply of oil and air and selectively operates pick up rolls such that different types of oils are not simultaneously sprayed by one nozzle part. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for spraying oil on both sides of strip(200), the apparatus(1) comprises air supply parts(10) comprising an air control pipe(12) through which high pressure air is supplied, on the outer circumference of which a plurality of air control grooves(12a) are formed, and which is rotated by a motor, a hollow air supply pipe(14) which is inserted onto the outer circumference of the air control pipe, and on which a plurality of air supply ports are formed; spray nozzle parts(30) comprising air supply passages which are fixed to the air supply ports, on a front part of which a spray nozzle is installed, and which is connected with the spray nozzle, a plurality of nozzle bodies(32) on which oil supply passages connected with the air supply ports are formed, oil chambers respectively fixed to a lower part of the nozzle bodies, and a rotary shaft(36) to which a plurality of pick up rolls(38) respectively disposed in the oil chambers are fixed, and which is rotated by a motor; and oil blocking parts(50) comprising a blocking rotary shaft(52) rotatably disposed on an upper part of the nozzle bodies, and a blocking member(54) fixed to the blocking rotary shaft to block oil supplied from the oil chambers by selectively blocking the oil supply passages.
