PURPOSE: A cosmetic vessel is provided to prevent contents from being easily denatured by not having external air flown into a vessel body and make it easier to get contents on a brush portion by having external air instantaneously flown into the vessel body. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic vessel of mascara, eyeliner, lip liner, lip rouge, lip gloss, etc. comprises: a main body(10); a cap type packing(20) press-fit into the upper end of the main body and having an inlet and outlet(21) with a predetermined diameter perforated in the lower end; a lid(30) screw-coupled to the upper end of the main body; a brush stick(31) extended to the lower end of the lid; and a brush portion(32) provided at the tip of the brush stick(31). At least one vent hole(22) is perforated at the lower end of the cap type packing(20).
