PURPOSE: A rear combination lamp service cover of a vehicle is provided to facilitate attachment and detachment of the service cover without a special tool and to reduce the detaching time by using a locking unit for fixing and separating a cover body to/from an inner panel. CONSTITUTION: A rear combination lamp service cover of a vehicle is composed of an inner panel(20) having an opening unit(21) for freely moving a rear combination lamp mounted in a lamp housing in repairing the lamp and a fixing hole(22) formed at the side of the opening unit; a cover body(30) having a through-hole(31) bored through the inner panel on the same spot with the fixing hole; and a locking unit(4) for fixing or separating the cover body to/from the inner panel. The locking unit comprises a clip member(40) having a knob(41) disposed at one side of the body; a guide shaft(42) formed in the other side and inserted movably into the through-hole and the fixing hole in order; and a hook unit(43) installed in the end of the guide shaft, moved in the same direction along the rotational angle of the knob, and contacted to or separated from the inside of the inner panel.
