A learner-centered education realizing method for mathematics education of an elementary/middle/high school using the Internet based on a learning level and a personality of a learner is provided to offer a more essential and substantial education service for the mathematics curriculum by making the learner join in all learning progresses from a process understanding and drawing out concept/principle/rule. A learner understands the concept by experience learning(74) and performs preparative learning(75). Solutions and answers transmitted from the learner are processed(76). Wrong answers inputted from the learner are corrected/stored/transmitted to the learner(77,78), and the learner performs the preparative learning or related learning for a problem represented during a wrong answer processing step(80). After the learner makes the problem and checks an error(83), the problem is stored in a problem bank database(84).
