RADIUM AND FUNCTIONAL MINERAL MIXED MATERIAL CONTAINED ALUMINUM SHEET FOR EXHAST GAS REDUCTION IN AN AUTOMOBILE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Provided are an aluminum sheet for reduction and purification of exhaust gas of automobile and a process for manufacturing the same by mixing natural radium and other minerals in aqueous solution of water and polymer for absorption then drying and extracting a radium component mixture to form a mineral reception pocket. The aluminum sheet(1) is prepared by mixing 78 wt.% powdery radium having 30 mesh or more of particle size, 18 wt.% of calcium oxide, 3 wt.% of magnesium oxide and 1 wt.% of magnesium hydrate in a solution of water and absorptive polymer in ratio by weight of 10:1, drying the mixture then extracting powdery mineral mixture(3) by thermal purification, inserting the mixture between two aluminum foils and compressing under heating to form a mineral reception pocket(4). The radium powder is obtained by taking natural radium element erupted and precipitated, breaking the element into a coarse powder having 1cm particle size and grinding the powder into a micro-fine powder using a ball mill.
