PURPOSE: A chair for use in a lecture room is provided to secure more convenient seating posture by virtue of the free movements of a backrest, and to allow an auxiliary table and a support die to be separably attached thereto. CONSTITUTION: The chair for use in a lecture room comprises a body frame(10), a seat unit(20), and a backrest(30). The body frame includes a support frame(11) disposed on the ground, a pair of front frames(12) bent upward from the front end of the support frame, a first horizontal frame(13) connecting the upper portions of the front frames, a pair of rear frames(14) bent upward from the rear end of the support frame, and a pair of second horizontal frames(15), which extends horizontally from a certain portion of the rear frames and then is bent forward. The first horizontal fame is fixed to the seat unit and movably connected with the ends of the second horizontal frames. The backrest is fixed to the rear frames.
