The present invention relates to a transimpedance amplifier having a wide frequency bandwidth and low input and output return loss. The disclosed present invention provides a transimpedance amplifier for converting an optical current generated by the photodiode into an electrical signal, part 1 amplifier for converting, amplifying the photocurrent to a voltage, a second amplifier for re-amplification of the first amplification unit output and it includes feedback unit for feeding back the output to the second amplification part amplifying the first input portion, and a buffer unit for buffering the negative feedback output signal.
