MANUFACTURING METHODS OF MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENT BLOCK FOR KELP FOREST REGENERATION USING RECYCLED AGGREGATE AND BY-PRODUCT

Provided is a method for making multi-functional environment-friendly blocks for forming a seaweed bed providing spaces and nutrients needed for inhabitation and growth of marine organisms by using recycled aggregate and industrial byproducts. The method for making multi-functional environment-friendly blocks(10) for forming a seaweed bed comprises the steps of: blending blast furnace slag cement or portland cement with aggregate recycled from waste concrete conformed to the Korean Standards; coating nitrogen, phosphorus and composite fertilizers with cement paste to a thickness of 0.3-3.0 mm to provide a cement-coated particulate fertilizer; incorporating the resultant fertilizer into the blend in an amount of 0-30% based on the weight of binders; and further incorporating high performance flowing agent and AE water reducing agent in an amount of 0.3-2.0% based on the weight of binders, wherein the ratio of water to binders is 15-40% to provide a porosity of 15-35%.
