Method of Distributing Load between Heterogeneous Generation Networks

PURPOSE: A method for distributing loads between different kinds of networks is provided to stably receive a service in the third-generation frequency of an upgrade system in case that a terminal cannot find an overlay frequency while distributing loads, thereby stably distributing terminals between the upgrade system and an overlay system without connecting a communication network. CONSTITUTION: An upgrade system confirms whether the third-generation frequency is normally operated, and if so, the upgrade system transmits an extended global service direction indicate message(S1-S20). If a terminal is turned on, the terminal retrieves a main frequency or a sub frequency to adjust a synchronization with the upgrade system, and obtains system configuration information(S1-S6). The terminal receives the extended global service direction indicate message to retrieve direction indicate access overload classes(S7,S8). The terminal retrieves an overlay frequency to adjust a synchronization with an overlay system, and receives a service in the overlay frequency(S9-S18).
