PURPOSE: An integrated manufacturing optimization system of shipbuilding industry is provided to optimize production, work management, and process management by managing totally various kinds of business generated from a process for receiving an order, a building process, a delivery process, and an A/S process. CONSTITUTION: An integrated database is used for receiving and managing all kinds of data. A plurality of modules are connected to the integrated database in order to process each business including a business part, an appropriation part, a design part, a production part, a material part, and a physical distribution part. A project management information system module is connected to the integrated database through a network in order to inquire a plan and a result of the appropriation during a project process and predict a construction period and a manufacturing cost. A manager information system module is connected to the integrated database through the network in order to inquire data related to a business plan, a result of the business plan, and a present state of business and managing various pending problems during an execution period of the business plan.
