PURPOSE: Provided is a washer for waste plastics and selector for polyolefins which bases on the difference of wet specific gravity to raise efficiency in selection and lower content of PVC below 0.2% so that it is widely used for a solidified fuel made of polyolefins. CONSTITUTION: The washer for the waste plastics and selector for polyolefins comprises the parts of: a spiral screw paddle(2)(3) which is adhered to a drive axis(16); an input hole for raw materials and cleaning liquid which sends the raw materials and cleaning liquid to a first stirring paddle(6); an input hole(7) for compound which sends the mixed materials to a water tank and uses a second stirring paddle(8) to separate the mixed materials; an exit(10) which discharges polyolefins with less than 1 specific gravity; an exhaust hole(12) which discharges the dehydrated water; an exhaust hole(13) which collects polyolefins exhausted from the exit; a collection hole for materials(14) which collects materials with high specific gravity; an exhaust hole(15) for precipitate which discharges the precipitate sunken on a conic water tank; and a cover(17) which covers the upper part of the conic water tank.
