PURPOSE: Transformation vectors using maize Ac/Ds transposable element for investigating a gene, a promoter or an enhancer are provided, which vectors easily produce an enhancer line in comparison with the prior transposon tagging vectors, and are inserted into a larger number of single genomes to obtain numerous frame-free vectors, so that they can be useful for development of genes or promoters related to improvement of productivity, disease resistance or quality of plants. CONSTITUTION: The transformation vector(KCTC 10475BP) using maize Ac(activator(transposase))/Ds(dissociation) transposable element for investigating a gene, a promoter or an enhancer is provided, wherein the maize Ac/Ds transposable element has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1. The transformation vector(KCTC 10474BP) using maize Ac/Ds transposable element for investigating a gene, a promoter or an enhancer is provided, wherein the maize Ac/Ds transposable element has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2.
