Cleaning fluid is sprayed in a pressurized manner and at a preset temperature on the surface (9) of the hood (1), supplying thermal or mechanical energy in the process. The supplied energy can be either electricity, infrared radiation, or high-frequency radiation. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus used in cleaning surface of hood.
