The fuel injection valve has a valve control module (2), provided with a valve closure element (17) cooperating with 2 valve seats (18,19) within the valve space (20) and a jet module (3), provided with a valve control piston (33) limiting a control space (28) coupled to the valve space and cooperating with a jet needle (38) which blocks the fuel injection opening (41) in its closed position. A jet control space is provided between the valve control piston and the jet needle and coupled to the valve space via a flow channel (23) for regulation of the fuel pressure in the jet control space.
